You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that commercial flagpoles may not be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period may include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us by phone or email with your request We’ll contact you via e-mail of the necessary procedures and notify you of your refund once the item has been received and processed.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will notify you of the tracking numbers and delivery dates based on the availability of your items. Please note that in the majority of cases shipping is included with your purchase. Depending on the shipping provider we use, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Again, most of our items have no shipping costs as they are included in the purchase price.
One important item for commercial flagpoles shipped by trucking companies. When delivered, inspect each package carefully for visible damage. If found have the driver mark it on the bill of lading. Also the item count delivered must match the number of items on the bill of lading and any shortages noted by the driver. You have only 5 days to inspect the actual items for concealed damage and report that damage to the trucking company. Failure to do so within the 5 day window you will be responsible for any losses.
