   Being in Health care field where Doctor patient relationship are at an all time low.    The collar is very well made and certainly finishes off our recently installed flag pole! It looks great!

   This cap finishes off the final look at ground level. I chose to pour a 16″ x 16″ square pad on the top of my footing and this cap sits nicely in the center of that. I really expected a flimsy tin cap but this is a much higher quality product than that. I gave it 4 stars only because there is always something better no matter what you are rating. You’ll be very happy with this item and I’d recommend it on any pole mount.
