Our return policy is within 25 days of your receiving it and it must be returned in unused condition. Please note that all sales on Tapered Commercial and Fiberglass flagpoles are final and cannot be returned unless the wrong flagpole was received or received damaged. The reason for this policy is the cost of shipping which is at least $450.00. Any other returns will be refunded to your payment account. Please note that all written quotes expire after 30 days from day written unless otherwise noted. There may be other unforeseen circumstances and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
